As much as we'd love to, we cannot accept returns and do not offer refunds as of now.

While we do our best to offer the highest quality products, and try to get them shipped in a speedy manner, a friendly reminder that each order is produced individually and so production time is slightly longer than you might be used to.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the product is faulty, please take a photo for proof, such that we can offer to send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
Missing Shipment
If it never arrives, and your shipping address was in fact correctly filled out, please get in touch to see if we can arrange a solution.
